We open our weekly schedule for reservation 7 days in advance. Stay tuned so you don’t lose your favorite class!

Oh, sometimes our classes are full! But you can always join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email to allow you to book the spot.

You only need to bring your gym gear and a some motivation. We have everything else taken care of, including towels, hair dryers, and lockers. Check down this page to see what’s included.

We all have unforeseen events, and that’s ok! You can cancel your reservation and retain your credit if you do so at least 12 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to show up, your credit will be deducted from your account.

Classes start sharp, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your class. Punctuality is important around here, latecomers will not be admitted in class!
Please note that if you do not sign in at least 5 minutes before class starts, you will lose your spot to someone else.
